All transactions are processed through paypal for security and simplicity. We dont offer any refunds unless there was a problem in producing the full results mention in the order process. We use our own tools to monitor the progress of your site and we will release versions for customers to see and check for themselves. There is no date for the release of the versions but they are in the pipe-line and we will keep you informed.
